Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team or log into your account to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 30 days of delivery.
Secure Your Package
Place your jewelry in its original packaging, including all certificates and boxes, and pack it securely inside a shipping box to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring no other labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our gemologists verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
